Mgr. Tomáš Kintr, LL.M. (Attorney)

Tomas has been working in the legal profession since 2006, in 2016 he founded the law office Kintr Legal. Before the foundation of Kintr Legal, he worked in leading Czech law offices, where he provided legal services to Czech and foreign clients.

Tomas has extensive long-term experience in commercial law, especially corporate law, contract law, international transport law, litigation and dispute resolution. He provides comprehensive advice to the office's key clients, who consult with him on strategic issues of their business. His clients include global corporate groups in the field of engineering and construction, investment groups and medical facilities. He provides legal services in Czech, English and German.

Tomas is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, and the Faculty of Law of the University of Konstanz (Germany). In 2013 within the Lawyer of the Year competition, organised by the Czech Bar Chamber, he finished in third place in the category of Talent of the Year.

Mgr., Bc. Jan Morong (Attorney)

Jan has been a member of Kintr Legal since 2019, when he joined as a student. Since then, he has held all positions within the office and has been working as an attorney at law since 2024.

He has long been focusing mainly on corporate and labor law and also on the transfer of medical facilities. His clients include medical facilities, entrepreneurs in the automotive and energy sectors. He provides legal services in Czech and English.

Jan is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of West-Bohemian University in Pilsen, and the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu (Estonia).

JUDr. Petra Vopatová (Attorney)

Petra has been with Kintr Legal since 2025. Before that she worked for many years at Public health insurance VZP, which she represented in litigation and where she participated in the preparation of contracts with providers of healthcare and the creation of administrative decisions. As a result, she has extensive knowledge in the field of healthcare law, especially reimbursement mechanisms, drug regulation and the creation of administrative decisions on the claims of insured persons.

She has extensive long-term experience mainly in the areas of healthcare regulation, including relations with health insurance companies, administrative law, litigation and dispute resolution. Her clients include medical facilities and small and medium-sized entrepreneurs. She provides legal services in Czech, English and Spanish.

Petra is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and the Universidad Complutense in Madrid (Spain).

Mgr. Bc. Kateřina Kintrová (Lawyer)

Katerina is our cooperating lawyer based in Brno. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, and within her postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University in Brno she lectures on health law.

Katerina has long specialised in providing legal services to doctors and medical facilities, and additionally in civil and administrative law.

We usually provide legal services based on the terms of an hourly rate. In such cases, clients always receive their invoice with an overview of each of the services provided, including the time spent so they can keep track of what they are getting for their money.

In the situation where the scope of work on a specific case can be estimated sufficiently in advance, a fixed remuneration for the services provided can be arranged.

In the case of long-term cooperation, we also negotiate remuneration with our clients as a monthly fee, which gives the client a certain amount of regular legal services, usually at a discounted rate. Thus, the client has stable monthly legal service costs and avoids fluctuations that may occur if you invoice based on an hourly rate.
